ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Partnerships Manager at Forest Colard, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and managing strategic partnerships across Talent/Influencers, Brands, and Music Labels. Your main focus will be on acquiring, developing, and coordinating influencer talent for brand partnership campaigns and events, with a secondary focus on the management of music partnerships. You’ll drive the execution of these campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, clients, and partners. Your ability to identify, engage, and cultivate Talent/Influencer relationships and client collaboration will be key to our marketing success.

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY:

  • Collaborate with our leadership team to brainstorm and develop Influencer Marketing and Talent strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.

  • Share your insights and recommendations on Talent/Influencer selection, content creation, and campaign execution to keep our campaigns fresh and impactful.

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including Talent/Influencer outreach, content collaboration, and timeline coordination.

  • Keep communication flowing smoothly between internal teams, creative teams, Talent/Influencers, and clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Monitor campaign progress and performance, proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions to keep everything on track.

TALENT SOURCING/ACQUISITION:

  • Work closely with our leadership team to understand Talent/Influencer requirements and objectives.

  • Develop and implement a Talent/Influencer strategy that aligns with campaign goals and client expectations.

  • Be the go-to contact for influencers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and gathering feedback.

NEGOTIATION AND CONTRACTING:

  • Negotiate terms, scope, and deliverables for Talent/Influencer partnerships and campaigns.

  • With support from our legal team, oversee the administration of Talent/Influencer contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms are accurately documented and communicated to stakeholders.

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS:

  • Analyse campaign performance metrics like engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.

  • Provide clients with reports that highlight key insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation.

  • Work closely with the rest of the Forest Colard team to continually refine and improve campaign strategies, using data-driven insights to boost performance and results.

GENERAL RELATIONSHIP BUILDING & ROSTER DEVELOPMENT

  • Cultivate and strengthen our network of Brand and Music industry contacts for collaboration opportunities.

  • Nurture strong, productive relationships with Talent/Influencers to foster engagement, loyalty, and long-term collaboration.

  • Drive the growth and diversification of our Talent/Influencer database by identifying and engaging suitable Talent/Influencers that meet client needs.

NEW BUSINESS SUPPORT:

  • Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in Talent/Influencer marketing.

  • Assist in developing pitches and proposals to secure new brand partnerships and campaigns.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Non-Negotiables:

    • 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in relevant or comparable roles.

    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.

    • Successful Campaign Execution: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful Talent/Influencer marketing campaigns.

    • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.

    • Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools: Experience with relevant tools such as Traakr, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.

    • Detail-Oriented and Organised: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

    • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Comfortable working fast and to tight deadlines.

    • Creative Problem Solver: A creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Nice to Haves:

    • Network of Brand Contacts: A strong network of brand contacts and influencers is highly desirable.

    • Music Industry Contacts: A network of contacts in the music industry is desirable, though not essential.

HIGH-LEVEL JOB TERMS:

  • Full-time role

    • The role will be subject to a 3-month probationary period, during which both parties can assess the fit for the position. At the end of this period, a review will be conducted to determine the continuation of the role, ensuring mutual alignment and potential for long-term success.

  • In person, in our London offices 2-3 days per week (we have offices across Soho, Temple, White City and Shoreditch)

    • Remote working on the remaining days of the week
